REVIEW EXPERIENCE: I want to give my take and review on a mobile detailing company located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I purchased a detailed paint correction on my vehicle. I was genuinely disappointed with the finished product due to an excess of scratches and swirling on the hood and roof. The lesson I learned from this unfortunate experience is I must look into more than one company to find the most credible with lots of experience.
I called the business line to make an appointment a week in advance to which no one picked up on the call or anything. I also left several voicemails the following day to make an appointment for my Mercedes-Benz. The Dipnotiq customer support never returned the call or followed up with me. So I decided to go to their shop at 2736 O'Neal Lane suite G Baton Rouge LA to check the place out in person because it was new in the area and I wanted to test these guys out. When I arrived at the shop, I walked in and there was a 15 year-old looking kid who didn't even look old enough to work, who was also super rude to me and told me I had to wait 15 minutes because he was going on break. The biggest mistake I made was actually waiting there if I knew the service I was about to experience.
The owner of the shop came out of the back when the kid went on break, his name was Brandon and he was total jack-ass. His rates were pretty ridiculous and unreasonable as well, I could tell he hasn't been in this business very long. He seemed like a total deuche bag maybe it was because of his height, he was like 4'11 and looked like he barely finished high school. He wasn't very informative on what his different coating packages included, and got very rude and smart alec when asking questions about it.
I will NEVER make the mistake of coming to Dipnotiq Detailing LLC again after what they did to my car. I got over the owner Brandon being a total jerk off, and decided to give these guys a try since they were new in town. I requested and bought a $1500 job that required me to leave my car there for 2 days. What happen, when I arrived back at the shop and saw my car was tragic... The owner of the shop informed me that one of his employees didn't use the coating supplies properly and accidentally scratched up the hood. I was horrified when I saw how bad the damage was (Photo Above). First off, the owner didn't even offer to reimburse me for the damage or do anything to make it up. He just apologized and told me I still was responsible for paying the remaining balance for the job. This totally pissed me off, and I left the shop very angry. I have decided to consider legal actions against them in civil court since my lawyer told me this would be an easy case to win. Can't wait to see Brandon in court.
End of the story is, do NOT ever go to Dipnotiq Detailing & Surface Concepts LLC in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They are super unprofessional, very rude, and will FUCK up your car if you give it to them. They are also very overpriced, I found this out after speaking with a couple competitors. Hopefully this lousy God forbidden joint will be shut down very soon. I am also very sure that these guys have no licenses or credentials to be doing automotive work. This is my honest review and experience with these guys.
